At Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) Cardiff, we're looking for an Aqua Flex printer to join our dedicated team and help maintain our high standards.

As an Aqua Flex Printer, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating Flexo presses to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Completing make‑ready in an efficient manner and in accordance with work instructions and specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling, and anilox rollers are used.
• Conducting and completing thorough quality checks, including print clarity, colour consistency, registration, and ink adhesion in line with product specifications and BRC standards.
• Maintaining high production efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment and keeping everything running smoothly.
• Following all safety rules and reporting any concerns to ensure a safe and secure workplace.
• Keeping the workspace clean and organised through daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning of plates, cylinders and ink pans.

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in printing operations (preferred but not required).
• Team player with a strong work ethic.

40 hours per week averaged over 3 weeks shift pattern of Days / Afternoons / Nights.

Week 1 – Day Shift (44 hours) Monday to Thursday: 6:00 AM until 2:00 PM;
Friday: 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM

Week 2 – Afternoon Shift (32 hours) Monday to Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
