You will be joining a business that invests in modern machinery, quality processes and the ongoing development of its people. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a key part in ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Hours:

07:00am to 15:00pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hour week

• Producing precision components to specification using CNC, semi‑CNC and manual machinery
• Programming, setting and operating CNC machines to achieve right first time output
• Working to production schedules and meeting agreed deadlines
• Following Health and Safety and internal quality standards
• Identifying and resolving machining issues promptly
• Supporting improvements within the machining function

• At least five years of machining experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of CNC milling, turning and general machining processes
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately
• Confident fault finding and problem solving
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience with Hurco or Fanuc controls would be beneficial
