Upholsterer

Overview

Join the world‑leading team behind Sunseeker International Ltd ’s iconic luxury yachts. Our Technology Centre in Poole is looking for a skilled Upholsterer to help craft the exceptional interiors our brand is known for.

In this role, you’ll be a key member of our Upholstery Manufacturing Cell, creating both standard and bespoke upholstery to the highest standards of quality, precision and finish. You’ll work with a wide range of materials
-including leather, vinyl, foam and fabric - and collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure every yacht detail is perfect.

• Producing high‑quality internal and external upholstery
• Working from technical drawings, templates and specifications
• Using tools such as foam saws, heat guns and staple guns
• Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency within the cell
• Ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery are at the forefront of your work

• Experience in marine or furniture manufacturing
• Strong practical skills in cutting, templating, gluing, fitting and finishing
• Ability to read technical drawings
• A team‑focused and self‑motivated approach
• Flexibility to work across sites as needed
