As an essential team member, you will oversee inventory processes and maintain accurate documentation for our operations across Canada and the UK.
Your role will involve utilizing ERP (SAP) for stock updates, preparing customs documentation, and analyzing shipment trends with advanced Excel skills. We value detail-oriented individuals who can thrive under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and verify inventory deliveries with accuracy
• Update stock levels in the ERP system (SAP)
• Prepare customs documents for international shipments
• Collaborate with procurement for accurate product entry
• Use advanced Excel to analyze inventory patterns
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in vendor interactions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
• Hands-on ERP experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Willingness to learn and improve operations
