Technical Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to lead food safety, quality and compliance across our bottling operation.

This is a senior, hands‑on role where you’ll take ownership of our Quality Management System, champion food safety culture, lead HACCP and audits (including BRCGS and customer audits), and support NPD and product launches – ensuring every product meets the highest standards of safety, legality and quality.

Mallows Bottling & Beverages, located in South Wales, is a leading contract bottler specialising in alcohol and soft drinks. Operating from our BRCGS A‑rated accredited facility, we provide end‑to‑end solutions in blending, bottling, and packaging. With advanced high‑speed production lines and expertise in spirits, ready‑to‑drink products (RTDs), and mixers, we collaborate with brands of all sizes to deliver exceptional and scalable solutions.

• Experience in a technical or quality role within food or beverage manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, BRCGS and food safety legislation
• Confidence leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement
• A proactive, organised and people‑focused approach
• A food or science‑related qualification (HACCP Level 4 and audit experience desirable)
