Harriman is growing! We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our team and join our full-service practice. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with other structural team members, architects and engineers in other studios, and our consultants to support project work.
  • Engage in projects across our design markets, including PK-12 education, higher education, government, commercial development, and retail.
  • Contribute to all aspects of structural engineering design from design inception through construction.
  • Complete engineering calculations, utilize RAM & Risa, model structural systems in Revit, and participate in mentoring and professional development initiatives.
  • Travel to project construction sites to review construction progress and learn about construction-phase responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of experience, with the ability to obtain your PE license.
  • FE certification a plus but not required within two years of graduation.
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with a structural focus) or Structural Engineering.
  • Knowledge of New England States Building Codes.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
