Summary

Reviva is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Portland manufacturing team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be the gears that keep our facility running smoothly. This onsite role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver who thrives on variety, organization, and collaborating with a hardworking team.

1st Shift: 7AM-3:30PM | Pay:
Starting at $25

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Support: Create shop orders and build packets; track open orders to ensure everything stays on schedule.
  • Logistics & Purchasing: Create and complete purchase orders, invoice orders for shipping, and arrange freight for heavy components like long blocks and cylinder heads.
  • Operational Assistance: Manage warranty registrations, track engine cores, and coordinate pick-ups.
  • Team Support: Act as a go-to resource for employee questions, process expense reports, and coordinate site-wide meetings and events.
  • General Admin: Tackle additional administrative projects as they arise to support the Plant Manager and the broader team.
Qualifications
  • Experience: H.S. diploma or equivalent required; previous administrative experience (ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment) is preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with MS Office and computers. Experience with ERP systems is a major plus.
  • Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to pivot quickly between tasks as business needs change.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with professional written and verbal communication.
  • Precision: A high level of attention to detail—you’re the person who catches the small things before they become big ones.
  • In the Office: You will work in a warehouse office environment. Your daily workspace is centered around a desk, utilizing computers and standard office equipment to manage critical production data and communications.
  • On the Shop Floor: You will occasionally support operations directly on the manufacturing floor. This environment is typically loud and can be hot and humid during summer months.
  • Physical Conditions: Navigating the plant involves standing on cement floors with potential exposure to chemicals and metal particles.
  • Safety First: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is always required when on the manufacturing floor to ensure your safety.
