Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable candidate to support our accountant with day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. This role is primarily focused on paperwork management, auditing, and ensuring accuracy in matching invoices to packing slips. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and committed to maintaining accuracy in all aspects of their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Match invoices to corresponding packing slips and verify accuracy
  • Assist with basic auditing and reconciliation of documents
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Perform data entry and assist with general accounting paperwork
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in documentation
  • Support the accountant with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe (PDF tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Solid math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and working with inches and yard measurements
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Previous experience in an accounting or administrative role is preferred but not required
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday 8-3
