We are looking for a skilled Database Specialist to support a comprehensive database analysis and optimization project. The role involves working with multiple systems, including webshop, prepress, and production databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MySQL and experience in performance tuning, data structure optimization, and collaborating with development and IT teams.

• Proficiency in SQL and query optimization techniques;
• Ability to implement indexing strategies and improve database efficiency;
• Experience working with developers and IT teams to align database requirements with business needs.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing database structures, performance, and data quality;
• Identify and implement necessary adjustments to data models for current and future needs;
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and resource management;
• Collaborate closely with development and IT administration teams to ensure database requirements are effectively captured and implemented.
