Salesforce Project Coordinator

Duration: 12+ Months

• Coordinate Salesforce-related work requests, tasks, and activities across business stakeholders, technical resources, and vendors.
• Assist with scheduling and facilitation of meetings, working sessions, and reviews related to Salesforce initiatives.
• Track Salesforce tasks, enhancements, defects, and configuration activities using agency-approved tools.
• Maintain project documentation, including task lists, timelines, meeting notes, decisions, and action items.
• Support intake, prioritization, and documentation of Salesforce requests from business users.
• Assist with preparation of status updates and reports related to Salesforce work activity, progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical resources to ensure clarity of requirements and expectations.
• Support coordination of testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment readiness as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, coordination, and task assignment for ad-hoc Salesforce support resources.
• Perform general project coordination and administrative support functions to support effective Salesforce service delivery.

• 8 Required Professional experience providing project coordination or project support services within information technology initiatives.
• 3 Preferred Experience supporting or coordinating work for application development, system implementation, or platform support projects.
• 2 Preferred Experience coordinating work between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• 1 Preferred Experience supporting Salesforce or other CRM or enterprise SaaS platforms.
