Member Services Representative (Cash Handling)
Location: Columbus, OH
Pay: $15.50/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people, handling financial transactions, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and check/cash handling
• Balance cash drawer accurately at the end of each day
• Assist members with account questions and provide excellent customer service
• Navigate internal systems to support daily operations and member needs

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent face-to-face customer service skills with a personable, professional demeanor
• Prior cash handling experience (e.g., cashier, retail, restaurant, or similar roles)
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

• Experience in financial services or banking environment
• Familiarity with check scanning or deposit processing (DE)

• Full-time, permanent position with benefits
• No regular Saturday hours required initially; occasional Saturday shifts may be introduced on a rotating basis
• Candidates will be required to sign a cash-handling agreement
