Position:  Application Support Manager- Front Office
We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our Application Operations Department. You will be responsible for supporting a growing number of Front Office IB applications.
You will be responsible for:
• 2nd level support (of internal Banking applications)
• Request, Incident, Change and Problem management
• Monitoring of various applications
• Software deployment, packaging (analyze, create and maintain)
• Analysis and troubleshooting
• KPIs reporting
• Participating i on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support when required
• Contributing as an effective team player
Position Requirements
College,   1 to 2 Years work experience
We prefer candidates with:
• Experience in an application support role (ideally in a Banking environment)
• Oracle and SQL database knowledge
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server System (OS - W2k8 and above)
• Active Directory, authorization and access rights
• Knowledge of IIS, Windows Cluster configuration, Load Balancer, Application and Web Server
• Good communication skills in English (Czech is not required and German is an advantage)
• CMS experience advantageous
• Familiarity with firewall concept
• PowerShell scripting knowledge is nice to have
