Job Description's:

Position 1: Customer Support Person:
Our aim is to build long-term relationship with our clients in order to satisfy their needs and improve their business activities.
- Contact with customers on daily basis
- technical and sales support in order to satisfy customers needs
- to solve situations when orders do not meet the customers' expectations
- solve customer's needs in time
- building long-term relationships with customers
- cooperation with other company departments (technicians, sales, accounting)
- email correspondence

Position 2: Key Account / Sales Manager:
The Key Account Manager/Sales Manager is responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
- Play an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Write business plans for all current and opportunity tender business
- You will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
- technical and sales support in order to satisfy customer’s needs
- to solve situations when orders do not meet the customers' expectations
- customer support for VIP clients
- solve customer's needs on time
- building long-term relationships with customers
- cooperation with other company divisions (technical, sales, accounting)

Criteria's:

Position 1: Customer Support Person:
- English & Arabic - advanced written and spoken
- customer focused
- computer literate
- female staff are preferred but not necessary

Position 2: Key Account / Sales Manager:
- English and Hindi or Arabic - advanced written and spoken
- communication skills and customer focus
- ability to work under deadlines
- team player
- fast action, readiness
- female staff are preferred but not necessary
** Training will be given

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 16pm.

Salary: Negotiable.

Nationality of staff required:
Position 1: Customer Support Person: No restrictions as long as the candidate must speak English & Arabic fluently.
Position 2: Key Account / Sales Manager: No restrictions as long as the candidate must speak English & Hindi or Arabic fluently.

Start Date: ASAP.

Length of contract: Open Contract.

Accommodation: Accommodation provided by the company.

Work permits: Provided by the company.

Interview Notes: Skype interviews are accepted.
