Pratt Health and Rehab in Pratt, KS is looking to hire a full-time Plant Ops/Maintenance Director to join our team, who will manage all of the maintenance duties for our amazing health care company! The Maintenance Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the physical plant, including all functions required to keep the facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors. This includes conducting a variety of preventive and restorative maintenance duties, and following established federal, state, county, and city codes and regulations.

• 2+ years’ experience in health‑care related maintenance and plant operations.
• One year of experience supervising others, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration and teamwork, promoting company culture, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating effectively, and resolving conflicts.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Suite, and general computer use; ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Experience performing the duties of a Maintenance Director in a health‑care facility, including use of an electronic work order and documentation system.
• Ability to paint, change lights, perform minor electrical and plumbing duties, and troubleshoot issues.
