The County Federal Credit Union is seeking a positive, ambitious individual to join our team as the Human Resources Manager at our Operations Center, Presque Isle.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations and strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and aligning HR initiatives with the credit union’s mission and organizational goals. This position balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution and requires close collaboration with senior leadership while providing support to employees at all levels.

Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, offboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
