SICPA à Prilly recherche un(e) Apprenti/e ICT – Support Utilisateurs pour renforcer son département Global Information Services. Le rôle consiste à fournir un support sur site, téléphone et e-mail aux utilisateurs internes, tout en développant des compétences en communication et en service client.
