Registered Nurse Position at Northern Health

Become part of our dedicated nursing team at the University Hospital of Northern Health. We're looking for a Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Medical/Surgical unit.
In this role, you will implement nursing care practices centered around the needs of patients and families. Operating under the guidance of the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, you will work collaboratively with other health professionals. Your evidence-based approach will enhance the quality of care provided to our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients

• Work within interdisciplinary health care teams

• Follow BCCNM guidelines and ethical standards

• Implement evidence-based practices in nursing care

• Ensure a patient-centered approach to care
Requirements:

• Active RN license with the BCCNM

• Passion for providing compassionate care

• Willingness to work rotating shifts

• Experience in med-surg nursing is an asset

• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
