• Conduct thorough assessments and plan care strategies

• Implement nursing care and support for elderly clients

• Mentor and guide other nursing staff as needed

Requirements:

• Current license with BCCNM as a practical nurse

• Previous experience in long-term care is advantageous

• Focused on patient-centered care practices

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, days, and nights

• Proficient in nursing standards and processes
