We’re looking for confident, outgoing people who love talking to guests and closing the deal. We're looking for a friendly, organized and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon!

You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience- from the first phone call to checking out with a smile. This role is perfect for someone who:
- Enjoys talking on the phone
- Is naturally personable and persuasive
- Likes performance-based pay
- Wants control over how much they earn
- Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
- Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
- Sell memberships and retail
- Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
- Hourly base + commission + bonuses
- Typical earnings: $13–$16/hr
- Top performers can earn more!
- Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
- Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
- Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work weekends and evenings
- Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
- Commissions on retail and membership sales
