Shift Timings:
Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM (Supports global teams; requires flexibility)
- Lead cross‑functional project planning, scheduling, and delivery efforts.
- Manage project scope, risk, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate engineering deliverables across software, hardware, firmware, and systems teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, phase‑gate reviews and attend sprint reviews, and stand‑ups.
- Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, and project reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PDLC processes and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with Deployment/Operations teams to ensure readiness for customer rollout.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure consistent communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Ability to coordinate complex work across multiple teams.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
- Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology.
- Experience with Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Experience in industrial, robotics, automation, IoT, or safety-critical software domains.
