Job Summary

We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with strong personality and people skills. The role offers flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules to accommodate students, friends, or additional income needs.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Participate in orientation and receive on‑the‑job training.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Use mental and motor coordination to perform precise movements with speed.

• You must be 16 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
• Motor coordination between eyes, hands, and fingers for rapid, accurate work.
• Ability to enter orders via computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and in person.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Sudden temperature changes in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing for most tasks; walking on ceramic tile or linoleum surfaces; work surfaces 36"–48" high.
• Paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting: bulk product deliveries twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck; cases up to 50 lbs and 3' x 1.5'; stacking on shelves up to 72" high.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb each, carried three at a time).
• Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies, force up to 7.5 lb required to push a stack of 24"–30".
• Climbing: occasionally navigating stairs or climbing a ladder for maintenance tasks.
