What You'll Do- Build relationships with business owners, general managers, and HR directors

- Prospect and develop new accounts within your assigned territory
- Clearly explain benefit options with professionalism and integrity
- Participate in ongoing sales training and leadership development
- Support and mentor developing team members
- Manage your schedule with flexibility and independence
