Key Responsibilities:

Drive a target-oriented approach to establish and maintain key accounts and new placement relationships.
Facilitate Undergraduate final placements and summer internships in line with set targets.
Understand the needs of assigned corporate partners and efficiently address their concerns.
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends to ensure a variety of placement opportunities for students.
Adhere to periodic reporting and review processes.
Engage in regional forums to expand networks beneficial for placements.
Stay updated on industry developments to enhance outreach strategies.
Establish and maintain productive employer partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students and alumni.
Operate independently with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
