We are seeking an experienced Hub Spot Rev Ops Consultant for a short-term engagement focused on auditing, cleaning up, and optimizing our Hub Spot CRM environment.
This role will lead a comprehensive review of workflows, properties, reporting structures, line items, customer lifecycle automation, and payments reporting to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and overall system scalability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a full audit of Hub Spot workflows, properties, automation, and reporting.

• Clean up and optimize CRM structure, data governance, and lifecycle management.

• Improve line item, payments, and revenue reporting visibility.

• Identify workflow conflicts, redundant automation, and reporting inconsistencies.

• Redesign and streamline customer lifecycle journeys.

• Implement scalable Rev Ops and CRM best practices.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align operational and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Hub Spot CRM administration and Revenue Operations.

• Experience with workflow automation, reporting optimization, and CRM cleanup initiatives.

• Understanding of customer lifecycle management, sales processes, and operational reporting.

• Ability to analyze complex business processes and simplify workflows.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
