Position: Field Service Tech I
Major Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide on-site installation, validation and commissioning, troubleshooting, of tower cranes
To Provide technical support & trainings to customer about our product and minimise breakdown time
To communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and corrective actions like updates of products
To prepare reports and complete required paperwork.

Specialized Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft office suites including word, excel, outlook.
High ethical standard and possess professional attitude.
Experience in E&C of equipment and troubleshooting

Working Conditions

Should be fit for climbing the Tower crane and should not have the fear of height, travelling daily to handle local territory
Should follow the safety rules & take safety precaution, all PPE during working on site.
