Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Hybrid in Purchase, NY (Tuesday - Thursday)
The HR Generalist will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees across all day‑to‑day HR functions. This role blends strategic support with hands‑on HR operations, ensuring smooth processes, employee experience excellence, and compliance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and brings demonstrated experience using ADP Workforce Now for HR administration.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records within ADP Workforce Now, including new hires, status changes, and terminations.
- Support HR reporting, headcount tracking, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with troubleshooting ADP workflows and support optimization of HRIS processes.
- Partner with hiring managers on job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Lead new‑hire orientations and ensure effective onboarding.
- Support background checks, I‑9 verification, and onboarding tasks using ADP WFN tools.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions, escalating sensitive matters appropriately.
- Support employee relations, coaching, corrective actions, and documentation.
- Assist employees with benefits questions and annual enrollment activities.
- Coordinate leave‑of‑absence processes and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure HR policies are up to date and compliant with New York and federal labor laws.
- Provide audit support—including cleanup of duplicate records, data corrections, and process fixes.
- Support ongoing HR initiatives such as employee engagement, DEI programming, compensation reviews, and workflow improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideally in small to midsize environments.
- Required:
proficiency with ADP Workforce Now for core HR, reporting, and workflows. - Strong knowledge of federal, NY State, and Westchester County employment laws.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
