• Weave Cascade Christian Schools’ guiding principles into all endeavors
• Facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth in students
• Provide support for teachers and students duringtier 2 small group instruction
• Adapt lessons and activities with teacher approval, to be used to supplement classroom activities
• Assist sand/or instructs students with technology and/or studentdevices
• Engage students one‑on‑one or in small groupsettingsusingappropriate classroom management skills
• Assistin the evaluation of student needsas well aspreparation of appropriate lesson sand materials in collaboration with the teacher and/or resource specialist
• Assist with providing adaptation in classroom assignments and curriculum
• Pre‑teach and re‑teachidentifiedgeneral education material
• Provide alternative testing formats
• Playground supervision duties for daily recess times, as needed
• Assistthe teacher inobserving, recording, and charting behavior
• Effectively implement behavior supports as developed by the support team
• Be astudent’sadvocate to general educationteachers, administrators, and parents
• Other duties as assigned

• Preferred 4‑year education degree and/or equivalent experience
• Ability to take direction from teachers and supervisors

• Christian Role model in attitude, speech, and action
• First‑aid and CPR certified or willing to receive and pass certification training

Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm

$20.05 – $22.90, depending on experience and qualifications
