Manager Business Development & Partnerships is responsible for creating incremental value for VFQ (Direct Sales Channels) by identifying and implementing Business Development opportunities as well as nurturing strategic partnerships with external organizations and individuals.



What kind of tasks will you have?



  • Develop partnerships strategy for Direct sales channels


  • Establish processes in order to identify & address business development opportunities for new areas that are still at concept stage as well as existing areas


  • Takes a lead role in short-listing of key ideas; seeks management approval for selected ideas for implementation


  • Drive recommendations to identify relationship opportunities and create portfolio


  • Develop partnerships with key partners to grow business


  • Management of Partners to drive targets


  • Working cross functionally with marketing (pricing for instance to build a business case for specific projects) network, IT, sales, service delivery, customer care with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximise revenue for the organisation


  • Create lead generation mechanism from partners for direct sales teams


  • Develop & implement processes to improve lead conversion rate


  • Develop & manage outsourced telesales team to generate hot leads


  • Ensure timely payout to the partners

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of Total experience with at least 2 years in sales/commercial planning
