Knowledge of financial services, including banking operations and cash management practices.

Proficiency in fraud prevention detection techniques.

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on member satisfaction.

Familiarity with loan processing procedures and related documentation.

Competence in using financial software for account management and reporting.
