Location: Greater Boston Area (Projects across North, South, and West regions)
Salary: Up to $130,000 (based on experience)

Due to continued growth, they are actively looking to add Assistant Superintendents to their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day field operations
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Help maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Assist with quality control and ensure work is performed to specifications
• Communicate effectively with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years of field experience with a General Contractor
• Experience supporting construction projects in a field-based role
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
