Technology Support Specialist
Central Services
260 days / 8 hours per day
Salary Range: $36,050 - $40,551.31
Qualifications- Minimum high school degree or equivalent certification; vocational technical training or above preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively while showing care and attention to end-user needs
- Experience with software and operating systems including Windows, Chrome
OS, iOS, Office, Google Docs, One Drive, etc. - Understanding of basic hardware, including laptops, desktops and printers
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems involving software, hardware or a combination of the two
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and Chrome
OS, and iOS devices - Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Self-starter and able to work independently
