Family Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year.

Non‑profit Community Health Center providing integrated primary care, dental, mental health, and specialty services.

• Work Monday–Friday (days) 9‑5; no holidays.
• Outpatient setting with acute and chronic care management.
• Provide well visits, sick visits, and vaccinations across the full lifespan.

• Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program.
• Prefer 2+ years clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Prefer experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Primary Care or related specialty.
• Must be able to treat the full lifespan.
• Active MA state license.
• DEA or eligible.
• Bilingual Spanish.
