** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and on-site personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities from a dispatch post.

+ Monitor radio, telephone, alarm, and/or camera systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Respond to incidents, critical situations, and routine requests by dispatching officers to assigned retail and common areas and communicating updates to site leadership as needed.

+ Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, helping to support accurate documentation of security-related events, maintenance concerns, and/or visitor assistance requests.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when directed. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
