Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEO

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant shall perform all duties delineated by the Administrator in a professional and efficient manner, demonstrating a positive attitude in all interactions; serves as Administrative Assistant to the Medical Staff and Allied health professionals. It is essential to have an understanding of the importance of confidentiality in all matters of Administration and of personal matters.

Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the CEO of Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System. The role includes providing administrative support to the CEO and medical staff, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling confidential information.

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
