Primary Responsibilities
- Portfolio analytics:
Lead development of commercial data and insights for Global influenza portfolio priorities; conceptualize analytics capabilities and tools anchored to marketing and launch frameworks. - Stakeholder collaboration:
Partner with global marketing, DHH, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions and increase commercial rigor across pipeline asset development; serve as Insights & Analytics quarterback to address key business questions. - Strategy enablement:
Lead Strategic Portfolio Reviews, Trimester Business Reviews (QBRs), prioritization meetings; synthesize and document key trade-off decisions for executive audiences via updates to the Book of Work. - Analytics delivery:
Proactively manage delivery of projects using data manipulation, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel-VBA, Power BI); use patient modeling techniques (statistical, patient-flow, simulations) for insight generation.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably science or business).
- 5+ years in insights & analytics, strategic planning, advanced analytics, market research, marketing, or related roles in pharma/biotech.
- Strong data-grounded storytelling and communication.
- Ability to translate commercial analytics into actionable insights and recommendations for presentations.
- Deep understanding of real-world data assets and commercial healthcare data ecosystem.
- Experience conducting secondary data analytics on large datasets.
- Relationship‑building, problem solving, influencing, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MS, Pharm
D, PhD). - Healthcare datasets/insights/analytics.
- Life sciences or consulting industry experience.
- Global life sciences analytics expertise (US and ex‑US datasets, forecasting, predictive analytics, competitive intelligence, etc.).
