DescriptionHire, train, and mentor Property Management Sales Brokers. Develop and maintain procedures for the review, tracking, and following up for all pending real estate sales. Negotiate and decision Offers to Purchase presented to SECU*RE from third parties. Negotiate and decision due diligence repair requests submitted to SECU*RE from buyers. Complete annual performance evaluations for assigned employees. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Must have four-year degree, CCUE Certification, or Associate in Arts degree or Associate in Science degree via the North Carolina College Transfer Program (NC-CTP). Must complete the Credit Union’s Basic Module Program requirements within 24 months of hire date as a condition of employment. Must have an active NC Real Estate License. Solid understanding of SECU*RE day-to-day operations. Incumbent must be self-motivated and able to work without daily supervision. Three years of property management experience preferred. Must be able to speak English fluently.
