Assistant Site Manager - Large-Scale Housing Projects
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Site Manager with proven experience in large-scale residential housing developments. This is a temporary role with long‑term prospects for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities- Support the Site Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work is completed to high standards.
- Maintain health & safety compliance across the site.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and quality control.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience of managing large-scale housing projects.
- Valid SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
