Part-Time Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, driving sales and supporting store initiatives while representing brand values and fostering customer relationships.
Responsibilities- Drive daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
- Focus on the customer in all decisions and support company initiatives
- Participate in team training to achieve business results
- Utilize multiple shopping channels and new technology to drive sales
- Deliver a consistent brand aligned customer experience
- Engage in networking to build a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Effective communication with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand walk and move for multiple hours and operate register
- Ability to lift and climb up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
