Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Rantoul, Illinois
Embark on a rewarding contract position working with elementary and middle school students, utilizing your Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) expertise to make a meaningful impact. This full-time role offers 35 hours per week throughout the  school year, presenting a valuable opportunity to support student growth and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in school or similar educational settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and implementation
  • Ability to develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, staff, and families
  • Organizational skills and adaptability to address diverse student needs
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment
Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments for elementary and middle school students
  • Develop individualized behavioral intervention strategies
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents/guardians
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to school staff on implementing ABA best practices
  • Monitor student progress, collect data, and revise interventions as needed
  • Complete required documentation and reports in a timely and professional manner
  • Advocate for positive behavior supports and inclusion within the school community
