Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management.
Your Role, Your Impact- Supervise employees ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management.
- Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve task performance.
- Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
- Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality and store operations policies, procedures and practices.
- Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels, including those of supervised employees.
- Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.).
- Guarantee the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes.
- Manage all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable.
- Always replenish products to maintain in‑stock conditions.
- Address inquiries and complaints from guests.
- Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines.
- Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends and or holidays.
- Must be efficient and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for the position.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
- Work in intermittent temperatures (e.g., cooler, outside, etc.).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma, high school diploma or equivalent.
$18.89 - $22.33
The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
