Session times: 9.30am – 12.00pm or 12.30pm – 3.00pm
About the RoleYou will provide support to the lead Programme Facilitator, including:
- Setup of the sessions, ensuring any equipment is safe and clean
- Support activities such as music and movement, play, crafts, and kai time
- Building relationships with whānau and contributing to a safe, welcoming environment
- Ensuring session admin tasks are completed on time
- Minimum Course 3 of the Playcentre Education Diploma or equivalent ECE Qualification (L4 or above desired)
- Current First Aid Certificate or be willing to achieve this
- Proven ability to engage confidently and build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational capabilities, including time management, meeting deadlines, multitasking, and balancing detail with overall objectives.
- NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
As a Casual Programme Facilitator, you will not be expected to cover the full requirements outlined in the full position description.
