As a Production Associate – 1st Shift
, you will play an important role in supporting daily production operations while helping maintain the highest standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety
.

In this role, you will:

• Follow all company policies, safety standards, and production procedures
• Perform job duties while meeting expectations for quality, safety, and production efficiency
• Work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment alongside a dedicated team
• Support different departments as needed based on production and staffing demands
• Assist with maintaining a safe, productive, and high-quality work environment

• Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Flexible and willing to support different departments when needed
• Safety-focused and committed to quality standards

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and safety expectations
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including hot, cold, wet, and noisy conditions
• Able to work around industrial equipment and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
  , with repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms

• 6–12 months of consistent work history required
