Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and related regulatory requirements

Typically 10 years of experience in the food industry, including at least 5 years within culinary, snacks and/or pet food applications or a closely related specialty

Experience working in cross-functional, interdepartmental project teams Strong technical knowledge of food processing systems and ingredient applications Ability to manage work independently across broadly defined technical assignments Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience supporting customer trials or commercial scale-up activities Familiarity with regulatory, quality, and food safety requirements impacting pet food Collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven culture At IFF, we make joy through science, creativity and heart.
