Job Description & How to Apply Below

As the Volunteer Project Lead
, you won't just be managing a project; you will be building a movement. Working directly with the Charity’s Founders, you will own the strategic roadmap to connect Sport in Mind with professional sports clubs and high‑profile ambassadors.

What difference will you make?

Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK. Traditional support often fails to break through the stigma—but sport changes the game.

Sport in Mind uses physical activity as a non‑clinical, friendly gateway to mental recovery. With over 90% of our participants reporting improved wellbeing, we know our model works.

Now, we are scaling. Our goal is to mobilise mass awareness through a new initiative. To make this a reality, we need a powerhouse, volunteer Project Lead to drive the charge.

  • Stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration

  • Brand Advocacy Pitch the initiative with conviction to influencers and stakeholders to drive broad awareness and trust.
