We are partnering with a premium luxury workspace brand revered for its high-end offices, meeting spaces, event offering, and first-class client experience. They are looking for an Events Sales Manager to lead the commercial success and daily performance of our Reading location.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will take ownership of revenue growth, occupancy levels, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you will be doing
  • Driving occupancy across private offices, coworking memberships, meeting rooms, and event spaces
  • Building relationships locally to generate new business opportunities and referrals
  • Managing enquiries and converting prospects into long-term clients
  • Leading a high-performing on-site team to deliver exceptional service standards
  • Overseeing day-to-day centre operations, presentation, and client experience
  • Managing centre budgets, costs, and commercial KPIs
  • Creating a vibrant member community through engagement and events
  • Acting as the face of the brand within the local market
What we are looking for
  • Experience with in coworking, serviced offices, hospitality, premium retail, events, or private members clubs
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving revenue
  • Experience leading teams and managing site performance
  • A confident relationship builder who enjoys networking and winning business
  • Passion for customer experience and premium service delivery
  • Highly organised with strong operational ownership
  • £50,000 basic salary with OTE up to £60,000
  • Lead a premium flagship-style site in Reading
