Salary: £20 per hour
Equivalent to £41,600 per year (40 hours per week)

Performance Bonus:
Structured monthly bonus linked to revenue growth, invoiced work, membership targets, and review performance.
On-target earnings typically reach £50,000 to £55,000 per year.

Car Allowance: £150 per month. (Full UK driving licence is essential for this role due to multi-site travel)

The Regional Practice Manager will oversee the operational, financial, and team performance of three Dentopedia clinics. This is a leadership role focused on driving standards, improving performance, supporting clinic managers, and ensuring consistent patient experience across all sites.

• Oversee daily operations across three clinics
• Support and develop Practice Managers and clinic teams
• Drive revenue growth and achieve financial performance targets
• Monitor KPIs including diary utilisation, treatment acceptance, and membership growth
• Ensure compliance with CQC, HR, and operational standards
• Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
• Manage budgets, cost control, and reporting to senior leadership
• Resolve escalated patient or operational issues professionally
• Implement group-wide systems and process improvements

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or multi-site manager in dental or healthcare
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and KPIs
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Confident communicator able to influence and motivate teams
• Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritise effectively
• Professional, structured, and performance-driven mindset

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between clinics
• Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards
• Experience managing teams and financial performance
• Able to work full-time Monday to Friday & some weekends with mutual agreement
