What You'll Do

* Design and develop electrical systems for RV floor plans from concept through production

* Ensure compliance with RVIA, NEC, ANSI, NFPA, and other applicable standards

* Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, service, and vendors

* Participate in 3D model reviews to ensure designs are production-ready

* Create and manage BOMs and support engineering change processes

* Troubleshoot and resolve issues during pilot builds and production

* Drive continuous improvement and product innovation

* Support quality, safety, and accuracy across engineering and manufacturing

What We're Looking For

* Experience with Solid Works, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office (SAP is a plus)

* 1+ year of electrical design experience (RV or related industry preferred)

* Strong understanding of electrical systems, routing, and manufacturing processes

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

* Strong communication skills and team mindset

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
