Guard - Part Time

This is a PART‑TIME position with the following hours:

• Two shifts per week, and every other weekend. The hours are 12pm – 8pm on the weekends. Hours are subject to change.

Pay is $17.17/hour.

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Guard to join our security team in Red Wing, MN. As a Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets.

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or hazardous situations.
• Prepare and maintain security logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents.
• Conduct regular inspections of security devices and equipment to ensure proper functioning (Boiler, Fire Safety System).
• Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Excellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb stairs in multi‑story buildings.
• Strong observation and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring security systems.
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols preferred.
• Ability to work in Red Wing, United States; familiarity with the local area is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
