Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate services sector, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator / Employee Engagement Program Coordinator to join their team. As an Administrative Coordinator / Employee Engagement Program Coordinator, you will be part of the Employee Engagement team supporting organizational culture and employee initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the Employee Engagement team, ensuring smooth execution of programs and events.
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across the team and with stakeholders.
- Book and manage vendors, including negotiating logistics and tracking associated expenses.
- Track budgets, invoices, and expenses for employee engagement activities, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Support preparation of materials for presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, One Note) and collaboration tools like SharePoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
