MUST HAVE PREVIOUS MICROSOFT EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities




Complex executive calendar management, travel, expenses and strategic time management.
Work as part of a strong administrative team to manage the needs of the overall business.
Provide team support including headcount management, hardware and software ordering, management of discretionary budget and security group ownership.
Chief Morale Officer for the team.
Coordination and logistical support for on-site, off-site, and virtual meetings and events that include All Hands, morale events, team training and leadership events.
Provide leadership and mentoring to the admin team that spans across continents.
Time-zone prioritized work schedule allowing for periodic evening and weekend calendar checks for changes, as well as remotely supporting the CVP when traveling.
Strong collaboration and partnership skills with key stakeholders including, but not limited to HR, Finance, Lead EA, Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA), and the leadership team members.
External communication and partnership for support of Customer and Partner meetings.

Basic Qualifications:


Demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity.
Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note, Teams, and Visio.
Ability to work collaboratively partners, both inside and outside of the organization.
Desire to take on new challenges and growth opportunities.
Must be adaptable and work successfully in a team environment, building and maintaining effective working relationships with a diverse group of contributors while maintaining confidentiality with discretion and professionalism.






Preferred Qualifications:


3+ years supporting an executive leader.
Previous experience supporting a global team with remote employees and dealing with ambiguity in a timely manner.
Strong people leadership, project and operational management skills including budget management, event management, calendaring and understanding the business to help the decision-making process.
Proactive anticipation of executive needs and able to work independently to make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the executive.
Ability to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short-notice, and take appropriate timely action.
